How to issue a badge in a Space?

A badge can be issued in two ways within a Space:

  1. Issued directly to the member, or
  2. Issued following the review of a badge application (refer to the How to review a badge application? section).


To issue a badge directly to one or more members of the Space, click on Issue Badge in the side menu, then select the badge you want to issue. A pop-up window will open, displaying the badge details along with two tabs: Issue and History. Click on the Issue tab and follow the steps provided (see screenshot below).



At Step 1, you can set an expiry date for the badge. The issue date is automatically entered but can be adjusted if needed.

At Step 2, select one or more members of the Space to whom the badge will be issued. To do this, tick the checkbox(es) next to the user(s) concerned. You can filter or sort the list of members using various criteria (e.g., Country, Area, Group).

At Step 3, review and confirm the badge issuance. This step provides an overview of the badge details, including the issue and expiry dates and the selected members. After verifying the information, click on ‘Issue badge’. A confirmation message will appear. Click ‘Close’ to complete the process.

Members will be notified when a new badge has been issued to them.
