How do Space members use Minimaps?

To use a Minimap, a member of the Space have to select and add it to their objectives (Profile / Objectives section). To do this, the Minimap must have been:

• Published in the Space
• Published in a group the member belongs to
• Assigned directly to the user

Minimap published to the Space

In this case, the member must click on Minimaps in the left menu or directly select the Minimap from their dashboard to add the Minimap to their objectives. Once clicked, the Minimap will be displayed (see screenshot below), and the member can then use the ‘Add to my objectives’ button. It will then appear in their Profile / Objectives section.

The Minimap has been published in a group to which the member belongs

If the Minimap has been published in a group to which the user belongs, it will be displayed directly in the user's Profile/Objective section and will be subject to acceptance. The member therefore has the choice of accepting or rejecting the objective (view screenshot below).

The Minimap has been directly assigned to the member

If the Minimap has been assigned directly to a Space member, it will be displayed directly in their Profile/Objectives section and will be subject to acceptance. The member, therefore, has the choice of accepting or rejecting the objective (view previous screenshot).
